Knight Still Has a Bully Pulpit

There is more to being a good citizen than short hair and neat clothes [“Knightmare,” Jan. 18], and if Steve Alford is a good citizen, it’s not because of the influence of Bob Knight, who throws tantrums--and chairs--when he doesn’t get his way and who once complained that “women just make small talk.” As opposed, I guess, to us guys, who get to talk about important stuff, y’know, like basketball.
