Cal State Northridge 76, Cal State Sacramento 57--Marco McCain came off the bench and scored 18 points on six three-point baskets in the Matadors’ Big Sky Conference victory at Sacramento.

Jeff Parris scored 15 points and Brian Heinle had 14 for the Matadors (13-5, 5-2), who pulled within half a game of conference-leading Eastern Washington.

Pablo Gonzales, who did not start for the first time this season after showing up late for practice earlier in the week, scored 20 points to lead Sacramento (8-8, 2-3). The Hornets have lost three of their last four games.
