SEAL BEACH
The Fourth of July Bike Parade and Celebration, sponsored by the College Park East Neighborhood Assn., begins at Heather Park at noon today.
In the past, about 120 bicyclists of all ages have been decked out for the festivities, which include a chili cook-off, games and prizes. Registration begins at 11 a.m. and the parade starts at noon. The event takes place at Lampson Avenue and Heather Street.
