GARDEN GROVE
The City Council recently honored Garden Grove residents Tan Dinh and Lemont Larkins for their heroism during a residential fire. Dinh and Larkins yelled warnings to a mother and her five children that their home was on fire and helped the woman and children escape the burning house by helping pass them through a window.
