Police Identify 2 Dead Motorists
Two people killed in separate traffic accidents over the weekend were identified by the coroner’s office Sunday.
A Westminster woman was driving north on the Santa Ana Freeway near the Main Street exit Saturday evening when she was involved in an accident for which no other details were available. Rafaela Valladolid, 48, was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where she was later pronounced dead.
A day earlier in Westminster, a driver was killed after he lost control of his large tow truck and crashed into the concrete median on the southbound San Diego Freeway near Valley View Street. He was identified as Michael Lee Riegelhuth, 35, of Whittier.
