News flash to Fred Hickman: Your vote for MVP was not even All-NBA first team. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? I’m surprised Shaq was voted first-team All-NBA unanimously. I thought for sure that Hickman would cast a first-place vote for Matt Geiger.
