Tustin Group Seeks Authors For Reading

Tustin area writers are invited to submit original, unpublished poetry or short stories for the third annual reading of creative writing sponsored by the Tustin Area Council for Fine Arts.

The reading will be at 7:30 p.m. July 12 at Barnes & Noble in the Market Place, 13712 Jamboree Road, Irvine.

Writers of nearly all ages--they must at least be in the ninth grade--are eligible to submit work for reading. Selected authors will read their own poetry for five minutes and fiction for 10 minutes.

Submissions must include a cover sheet giving the writer’s name, address, telephone number, name of work, number of words, a brief resume of writing experience and the time required to read the selection.

Manuscripts may be delivered to the information desk at Barnes & Noble or mailed to the bookstore by July 1.

Authors to Speak at Round Table West
