Sheriff’s Department Seeks Public’s Help in Finding Suspects

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in locating four people being sought for allegedly violating probation or failing to appear in court. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Sheri Lynn Hayward, 32, allegedly violated probation on three drug-related convictions. She last lived in the 3700 block of Monarch Lane in Oxnard. She is white, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Hayward has an angel tattooed on her back and a boy and girl on her right thigh. She reportedly uses the names Lisa Valerde, Teresa Garcia, Sherry Lopez, Dena Timmons, Sheri Valerde and Lisa Lopez.

Terry James Oliphant, 29, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of vehicle theft, grand theft, battery and possession of stolen property. He last worked as a self-employed construction worker and last lived in the 2200 block of South M Street in Oxnard, authorities said.

Oliphant, who allegedly uses the names James Woods and Ron Woods, is white, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighs 170 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Kimberly Marie Wroe, 31, who reportedly uses the last name of Walczak, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of possessing and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Wroe last lived in the 700 block of Santa Clara Street in Ventura. She is white, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

Peter Andres Torres, 26, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of selling and possessing a controlled substance. He last lived in the 1400 block of West Elm Street in Oxnard.

Torres is Latino, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighs 180 pounds and has black hair and hazel eyes. He has “VCH” tattooed on his left temple and “CHIQUES” on his neck.
