Four Ventura County residents were arrested this week during a raid of a Santa Paula home where police recovered more than $18,000 in cash and two ounces of heroin valued at about $5,000, authorities said.

Detectives searched a home in the 100 block of Davis Street after a monthlong investigation, during which undercover officers purchased heroin several times from two of the suspects, authorities said.

The search and arrests were carried out about 7:15 p.m. Wednesday by the Ventura County Sheriff’s and Ventura Police departments’ narcotics team.

The two ounces of heroin was found in Gama’s possession, authorities said.
