The New Short Fiction Series, billed as “L.A.’s only live literary magazine,” will present “The Meantime,” a new novella by Ann Nietzke, Tuesday at 8 p.m. at the Lankershim Arts Center, 5108 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood.
