A Purim celebration will be held at 6:30 p.m. today at Congregation Eilat, 22081 Hidalgo.
About 100 members of the congregation will perform the musical comedy “The Megillak According to Broadway” to celebrate the Jewish holiday. It will follow music director Josef Chazan’s traditional reading from the Book of Esther, with a slide show illustrating the text.
Admission is free. Hot dogs and refreshments will be served at 5:30. For more information, call (949) 770-9606, Ext. 10.
