LAGUNA WOODS
The city was ranked in the top five among those that applied for Orange County Transportation Authority grants. Laguna Woods is requesting $100,000 to help build a golf cart, scooter and pedestrian pathway along El Toro Road.
If approved by the OCTA, the city would build the paved route from Calle Sonora to Paseo de Valencia on the south side of El Toro Road. Information: (949) 452-0600.
