SEAL BEACH
The Seal Beach Animal Care Center seeks volunteers who can walk, feed and care for the shelter’s animals.
Volunteers can bond with a particular dog or cat to help it become better behaved and social, increasing its chances for adoption.
Orientation classes are held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on the second and fourth Saturday of each month at the center, 1700 Adolfo Lopez Drive.
The center asks that prospective volunteers call the center to confirm a class is being held before showing up. Information: (562) 430-4993.
