Family Birth and Newborn Center at Citrus Valley Medical Center in West Covina needs volunteers to help at the reception desk, greeting pregnant women and their families. Training is provided. Information: (626) 814-2412.
* Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills needs volunteers to assist nursing personnel, provide escort and messenger services, aid visitors, distribute reading material and help in the gift shop, thrift shop, hospice program and Meals on Wheels program. * Western Medical Center in Santa Ana needs volunteers to serve as receptionists, answer visitor questions, staff the gift shop, assist on the nursing units and provide other services.
