FOUNTAIN VALLEY
The board of directors of the Orange County Water District has committed to increase the district’s participation in an ultra-low-flush toilet conservation program that will replace 60,000 Orange County toilets per year with free, low-flush ones. The program will help conserve 1,700-acre-feet of water each year, enough to serve approximately 13,000 Orange County residents.
