Fight fans can get a glimpse of champion boxers in person or on cable station Seal Beach Television at 7 p.m. Thursday. A studio audience is welcome for the World Boxing Hall of Fame special hosted by Rick Paap on his “Talk of the Town” show. Guests include Carlos Palomino, Bobby Chacon and Mando Muniz.
