Chinese Dancers

The San Francisco-based Lily Cai Chinese Dance Company performs Saturday night at Cal State Northridge. Cai, a former principal dancer with the Shanghai Opera, will present a stylistic and cultural fusion of ancient Chinese choreography with Western modern dance.

Christian Music

Six Flags Magic Mountain will hold its annual Hallelujah Jubilee Christian Music Jam on Friday in Valencia. Featured groups include Third Day, Earthsuit, G.R.I.T.S. and Skypark. The performances are included in the price of park admission.

Intercollegiate Rodeo

More than 150 students from 10 California and Nevada colleges are scheduled to compete this weekend in the 44th annual Pierce College Intercollegiate Rodeo. Events include barrel racing, bronc and bull riding, and performances by equestrian entertainment troupes the Blue Shadow Drill Team and the California Desperadoes.

Piano Performance

Pianist Roger Williams makes a rare Southern California concert appearance Sunday in Northridge. The Nebraska-born pianist has recorded 115 albums over 40-plus years. His hit singles include “Autumn Leaves,” “Near You” and “Born Free.”

Memorial Concert

The Los Angeles Jewish Symphony presents “Remembrance . . . Reflections of the Holocaust” on Sunday evening in Encino. The ensemble will honor the memory of those who experienced the Holocaust by performing the Piano Concertino by Wladsyslaw Szpilman, a survivor of the Warsaw ghetto, and other works.
