Man Who Tried to Molest Boy Is Sought
Police were looking for a man who exposed himself to two boys, then tried to sexually assault one of them, the Sheriff’s Department said Friday.
The man approached the 9- and 10-year-old boys about 11 a.m. Thursday in the 3900 block of Dauntless Drive, said Deputy David Cervantes.
As one boy ran for help, the man grabbed the other, but he escaped. The man drove off in a red 1995 to 1998 Toyota pickup. He is described as white, about 45 to 50 years old, 6 feet tall, 170 to 190 pounds with dark hair. He wore a white T-shirt, checkered shorts and white tennis shoes.
