30 Freeway Ramps to Be Landscaped

A $250,000 project to spruce up the scenery for drivers on Valley freeways was unveiled Friday at the Roscoe Boulevard ramps to the San Diego Freeway.
Assembly Speaker Bob Hertzberg (D-Sherman Oaks) and the Economic Alliance of the San Fernando Valley have teamed up for the project, which will landscape 30 onramps and offramps over two years.
