Girl, 16, Is Held in Brother’s Death
For the second time in a week, San Bernardino County sheriff’s investigators say, one sibling killed another, this time in Highland.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Robin Haynal said Tuesday that authorities have taken a 16-year-old Highland girl into custody in the killing of her brother, 20-year-old Cavdrawn O’Ferral.
The girl’s name is being withheld because she is a minor, Haynal said.
The incident comes less than a week after San Bernardino County sheriff’s detectives arrested a Camp Pendleton Marine and charged him with shooting and killing his younger sister.
