Parking at LAX
Karen Poulson’s letter about getting “Shortchanged at LAX” (Letters Annex, Aug. 12), complaining that she had to scramble for coins to pay a parking meter, triggered memories. This happened to me about two years ago. Now I always have quarters when I go to the airport and intend to use the metered lot. However, unlike Poulson, who had a long journey into the terminal to find change, I walked into the parking structure next to the metered lot. The attendants happily gave me all the change I needed.
