Husband Is Held in Wife’s Nail Gun Death
From Staff and Wire Reports
A woman who died, apparently from wounds caused by more than five nails in her skull, was found in the laundry room of her home Tuesday afternoon, the Police Department said.
Norma Pescador’s husband, Manolito, 43, told police that he fired the nails from a construction nail gun. He is being held without bail on suspicion of homicide.
Police spokesman Doug Anderson said safety features on the nail gun would have required the device to be pressed firmly against a hard surface before it could be fired.
