* BOISE STATE (10-7, 2-2) at UC IRVINE (11-2, 3-0), 7, KUCI-FM (88.9)--Irvine was impressive in taking its seventh consecutive win, 80-56, over UC Santa Barbara Saturday. The Anteaters, ranked No. 7 in the nation in field goal defense (37.5%) and No. 8 in scoring defense (59.9), expect to be tested by Boise State, which ranks second in the Big West Conference in scoring average (77.5 points a game). A good matchup features red-hot guard Jerry Green of Irvine and freshman guard Booker Nabers of Boise State.
