Four Wanted for Failing to Appear, Violating Probation

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking four people for allegedly failing to appear in court or violating probation. Arrest warrants have been issued in each case.

Ralph Puga, 19, allegedly violated his probation on convictions for attempted robbery and burglary. He last lived in the 300 block of North 13th Street in Santa Paula and last worked for an auto dismantling business.

Puga is Latino, 5 feet 7, 125 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and “Puga” tattooed on his back.

David Warner Harrington, 26, allegedly violated his probation on a drug possession conviction. He last lived in the 2300 block of Sally Street in Simi Valley.

Harrington is white, 6 feet 1, 155 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. His tattoos include a sun on his right shoulder and “BS” on his left hand.

Josephine Nikomi Heath, 29, allegedly violated her probation on a conviction for drug possession. She is white, 5 feet 5, 115 pounds and has brown hair, brown eyes and a heart tattooed on her right leg. She last lived in the 5300 block of Beachcomber Street in Oxnard.

David Fraser Fitzsimmons, 41, allegedly failed to appear in court on charges of burglary, trespassing and theft. He is white, 5 feet 8, 126 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He last lived in San Diego.
