From Times Staff Reports
Authorities are investigating two fires that may have been deliberately ignited in a car and a garbage dumpster near Noble Avenue Elementary School in North Hills early Friday morning.
Residents reported the fires just before 5 a.m. Officers patrolling the neighborhood may have seen possible suspects leaving the area but have yet to make any arrests.
The blazes were small, and firefighters were able to put them out in less than 30 minutes.
