In the Freeway League tennis finals:
Das completes unbeaten season--Troy sophomore Jeffrey Das finished the season undefeated in league singles as he beat Buena Park’s Rodrigo Silveira, 6-1, 6-1, to win the league singles title at Sunny Hills Racquet Club.
Troy’s Edwin Mendoza and Michael Wang won the league’s doubles title, defeating Sunny Hills’ Kevin Lee and Allen Hsu, 6-4, 6-2.
