The curtain comes down tonight on four of television’s top-rated shows.

First up: a heavily hyped wedding for Monica (Courteney Cox Arquette) and Chandler (Matthew Perry) on the one-hour season finale of “Friends” (8 p.m. NBC). If you believe the network promos, a surprise is in store for viewers. One certainty: Gary Oldman and Kathleen Turner are the guests.

At 9 p.m., CBS’ formidable “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” squares off against NBC’s “Will & Grace.”

In the former, detail-oriented Gil Grissom (William Petersen) and his Las Vegas-based forensic investigators work with the FBI to snare a serial killer, dubbed the Strip Strangler, who is murdering young women.

On a one-hour “Will & Grace” finale, Grace’s slovenly boyfriend (Woody Harrelson) moves in, while Jack (Sean Hayes) prepares to meet his father for the first time. Or will he?

“ER” (10 p.m. NBC) rounds out the quartet as an enraged father goes on a shooting spree at a foster-care facility, convincing Greene (Anthony Edwards) that his connection with the killer poses dire consequences for his wife (Alex Kingston) and infant.
