Kathie Lee Gifford hosts “The 28th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards” (9 p.m. NBC) in New York City. The two-hour telecast includes a lifetime achievement award given to veteran game show emcee and producer Ralph Edwards (“Truth or Consequences”) by his longtime friend Bob Barker.

Does anyone realize there are six witches brewing up trouble each week at the WB? Three of them work their magic on “Charmed” and the others turn tricks on “Sabrina.” In the season ender at 8 p.m., Melissa Joan Hart’s crafty character may finally hook up with Josh (David Lascher).
