We know what you’re thinking. What will happen on the last original of “The Sopranos” (9 p.m. Sunday, HBO)? Since HBO did not send an advance tape, our guess is as good as yours.

“Walker, Texas Ranger” (8 tonight, CBS) hangs up its hat after nine simple-minded seasons of kicks, punches and threadbare plots. Viewers stuck with it a good part of the way, but as series star Chuck Norris points out, critics checked out long ago.

Weathering poor reviews at the outset of the season, “The District” (10 tonight, CBS) emerged as an unexpected hit. In the finale, brittle D.C. cop Jack Mannion (Craig T. Nelson) gets a death threat while investigating a double homicide.
