From Times Staff Reports
Sheriff’s detectives were investigating the death of a man who collapsed after acting in a bizarre manner, authorities said Saturday. A deputy spotted the 42-year-old man at 6 p.m. Friday lying on a curb at Adon Avenue and Sierra Highway. When he stopped to investigate, the man jumped up and ran in circles, Lt. Bill Weiss said.
The man, whose identity was not released, fell to the ground and was pronounced dead at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital, officials said.
