Proposal Would Bar Gun Parts, Ammo at Airports
From Times Staff Reports.
City Councilman Jack Weiss introduced an ordinance that would make it illegal to bring gun parts or ammunition into an airport.
Violators would be punished with up to six months in jail or a fine of up to $1,000.
The council will hold a public hearing on the proposal at their next meeting.
