2 Men Held in Slaying of Reputed Gang Member

Two Antelope Valley men have been arrested and charged in the killing of a reputed gang member whose burned body was found Aug. 31 in Lancaster.
Nicolas Koufos, 21, of Quartz Hill, and Dewayne Ray Strong, 20, of Lancaster, are charged with killing Carlos Ochoa of Lancaster.
