13 Hurt When Truck Hits Bus, MTA Says

A pickup truck rear-ended an MTA bus on Pacific Coast Highway on Tuesday, injuring 13 people, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority reported.
MTA spokesman Jose Obaldo said two on the bus were taken to a Santa Monica hospital, while the truck’s driver, who had multiple fractures, was flown to UCLA Medical Center.
