An elementary school principal is facing a criminal charge in connection with a party she threw for teens in November where alcohol allegedly was served.

Noelle Engemann, 43, of Burlingame pleaded not guilty Friday to a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of minors. She is principal of McKinley Elementary School in Burlingame. San Mateo County prosecutors say Engemann held a party at her home on Nov. 16 and alcohol was served.
