Owning Nemo: Disney has set Nov. 4 as the video-DVD release date for its summer smash with Pixar, “Finding Nemo.” The DVD will be a two-disc set that includes a virtual aquarium.

Divorcing: Former model Leslie Ann Woodward, 34, the sixth wife of film producer Robert Evans, has filed for divorce from the 73-year-old Hollywood veteran, citing irreconcilable differences. They married in November.

Reality check: The phenomenon known as reality television will be the subject of a five-hour documentary series on Bravo, beginning Sept. 8.

“The Reality of Reality” will report on the history of the genre, what has happened to some of its celebrities and how some of the shows engage in deceptive practices that belie the “reality” label.
