I think it’s physically impossible for any two players to carry a team to four consecutive championships. But to not even make the playoffs with Kobe and Shaq is a crime.
You can’t stand pat at this level and stay at this level. You have to upgrade. If Mr. Buss cannot afford to compete, he should sell the team.
