Jed Collins, Mission Viejo: Had 14 points, 17 rebounds and eight assists in a 52-48 South Coast League victory over Lake Forest El Toro that forged a three-way title for the league championship among those two and Mission Viejo Capistrano Valley.

Steve Colter, Tustin: Scored on an offensive rebound of a missed free throw with five seconds left in a 66-65 victory over Brea Olinda. Danny Cavic had 30 points and 10 rebounds for Tustin.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

Ashlee Trebilcock, Newhall Hart: Scored eight of her game-high 19 points in the fourth quarter and finished with seven assists in a 56-42 victory over No. 21 Saugus to give the No. 19 Indians the Foothill League title.

Kinsley Mittel, Simi Valley Royal: Had 26 points in a 63-43 victory over Moorpark in the inaugural Marmonte League championship game.

Jackie Vizcaino, Montebello Cantwell Sacred Heart: Finished with 14 points and eight assists in a 53-47 Camino Real League victory over Gardena Serra that clinched its first league title.

BOYS’ SOCCER

Johny Amaya, Van Nuys Grant: Scored three goals in a 4-1 victory over Canoga Park to clinch a third consecutive Sunset Six League championship.

Nick Rippetto, Garden Grove Pacifica: Had a goal and an assist in a 2-0 victory over Westminster La Quinta that clinched the Garden Grove League title for the Mariners.

GIRLS’ SOCCER

Kim Altman, Arcadia: Had a goal and an assist in a 2-0 victory over Crescenta Valley that clinched a fourth straight Pacific League title.

Jane Wyche, Huntington Beach Edison: Scored both goals in a 2-1 Sunset League victory over Los Alamitos that clinched second place.

GIRLS’ WATER POLO

Stephanie Chang, San Marino: Had four goals in a 7-6 Rio Hondo League loss to South Pasadena for a school-record 65 this season. Vanessa Deniston had three goals for South Pasadena.
