Police searched Wednesday for three men involved in a bank robbery less than a mile from the scene of a bank heist and shootout in which one suspect was killed last week.

Sheriff’s investigators said two men entered the First Federal Bank of California on Beverly Boulevard near La Cienega Boulevard shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday.

One of them walked up to the counter and yelled, “Give me all the money!” He then jumped onto the counter and shoved a handgun in the teller’s face, police said.

After she backed away, the robber cleaned out her drawer while his counterpart served as lookout.

No one was injured during the robbery. Authorities declined to say how much money was taken.

The two men fled in a car driven by a third man. It was found at a nearby gas station at 3rd Street and Robertson Boulevard.

Beverly Hills police have not identified either man suspected in the Feb. 14 holdup at the Washington Mutual Bank at Wilshire and La Cienega boulevards.

In that incident, the two men announced the holdup, then grabbed cash from several tellers. They were confronted by two plainclothes guards as they attempted to leave the bank.
