Police Say Drug Dealer Kidnapped Girlfriend, 15

A suspected drug dealer kidnapped his 15-year-old girlfriend Wednesday and shot at her family when they tried to stop him, authorities said.
Los Angeles police said that Roberto Tapio, 22, went to his girlfriend’s house in the 400 block of North Fresno Street and pulled Crystal Quevedo into his car. When family members tried to intervene, he fired at them and then fled with the girl, police said. No one was hit.
Police said Tapio deals narcotics and is also known as Alberto Tapio or Jose Roberto Chavarria.
