Update -- 1860 Munich, which lost its first Peace Cup game, 4-2, to PSV Eindhoven of the Netherlands, finished in the middle of the Bundesliga pack with 45 points in 34 matches, 30 points behind rival and champion Bayern Munich. 1860 was led in scoring by Markus Schroth’s 14 goals. Carlos Ruiz, who is playing for his native Guatemala in the Gold Cup in Miami, could join the Galaxy in South Korea if L.A. advances to the final. In its opener, the Galaxy played Nacional of Uruguay to a scoreless tie.
