Today, at Minnesota, 5 p.m. PST, Fox Sports Net -- The teams played twice last month. Each game ended in a 2-2 tie. Will either team score a third goal?

Wednesday, at Columbus, 4 p.m. PST -- The Blue Jackets did not make the playoffs their first season. Or their second season. Or third. They won’t be making it this season either.

Friday, at Buffalo, 5 p.m. PST -- If Andy Murray needs to motivate the fellas, all he has to do is pop in a tape of the Kings’ 5-1 loss to the Sabres back in October.

Sunday, at New Jersey, 11 a.m. PST, ESPN -- The Kings are winning this season with defense-first hockey. Hey, the Devils have been doing it for years.

Monday, at New York Islanders, 9 a.m. PST -- The Islanders a shoo-in for the playoffs? Not yet, but they’re a lot closer than their free-spending rivals.
