Ab What A Runner, who disappointed as the favorite in the Champion of Champions last month, will try to bounce back in tonight’s $125,000 Charger Bar Handicap.

The first Grade I of 2004, the 400-yard race attracted a full field of 10 fillies and mares, who have combined for 59 victories.

Owned by Donnie and Kris Hill and trained by Bret Vickery, Ab What A Runner suffered only her second loss in 10 starts when she finished sixth in the Champion of Champions.

The Arizona-bred, who has earned more than $1.2 million, will be seeking her fourth Grade 1 victory.
