Trucker Committed in Fatal Shooting of Two

A truck driver accused of shooting two men to death and wounding three others at the office of his former employer is incompetent to stand trial, Judge Keith Spaeth ruled in Hamilton.
Tom West, 50, was ordered committed to the maximum-security Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare for treatment. A competency hearing was set for Dec. 7.
