The man who broke into City Atty. Rocky Delgadillo’s home in August pleaded no contest Wednesday to residential burglary, the district attorney’s office announced.

Robert McChesney, who had been out of Folsom Prison for nine days, entered Delgadillo’s home to burglarize it. But the city attorney, who had the day off, confronted him and called police. McChesney ran, but left identification behind.
