Man Shot, Killed in Altercation at Party

Police searched Sunday for a man who shot and killed another man during a dispute at a party.
The incident stemmed from an argument at a party near 21st and San Pedro streets late Saturday night, said Sgt. William Kelly of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Newton Division.
The victim died about 1:30 a.m. Sunday at L.A. County-USC Medical Center, police said.
