* Kevin Kuhn and D.J. Armitage, Los Angeles Loyola: Kuhn scored 1:38 into overtime for a 7-6 victory over host Westlake Village Westlake in the quarterfinals of the Thousand Oaks tournament. Armitage had 10 saves for the Cubs, who will play Thousand Oaks in a semifinal today at 10:50 a.m. The Lancers defeated Orange El Modena, 7-5, in their quarterfinal match. The title game is set for 3:20 p.m. today at Westlake Village Westlake.

* Steve Homeyer, El Segundo: His second goal of the game gave the Eagles a 5-4 double-overtime victory over Walnut in a Chino Hills Ayala tournament quarterfinal.

* Jurl Vinegara, Anaheim Savanna: Scored his third goal of the game with 59 seconds left for an 8-7 nonleague victory over La Palma Kennedy.

* Courtney Kent, Covina Western Christian: Had 26 kills and 36 digs in a 17-25, 23-25, 33-31, 25-22 nonleague victory at San Juan Capistrano St. Margaret’s.

* Brandy Barnett, Glendora St. Lucy’s: Senior outside hitter had eight kills, including five in the second game, to go with three blocks in a 25-17, 25-17, 25-16 nonleague victory at Covina Charter Oak.

* Ashlee Relyea, Huntington Beach Brethren Christian: Had 13 kills, 13 digs and five blocks in a 28-26, 25-21, 25-15 nonleague victory at Santa Barbara Bishop Diego.
