Suspect in 1969 Killing Will Testify Next Week

A terminally ill man suspected along with his former girlfriend of killing her 3-year-old daughter while living in Huntington Beach in 1969 will testify from his hospital bed Wednesday.
Police say James Michael Kent, 63, who is experiencing liver and kidney failure, told them he helped bury Michelle Pulsifer but that her mother had killed her.
The mother, Donna Prentice, now 58, has pleaded not guilty. Michelle’s body has not been found.
