Room for Improvement

Your Airbus editorial (Jan. 23) and everything else I’ve read mention ample space for such niceties as lounges, gyms, bars, first-class beds and the like. I have yet to read any guarantee of adequate leg and shoulder room in coach class.

For most people, everything else is relatively unimportant puffery.
