Passenger in Car Hit at Intersection Dies

A passenger in a car broadsided at an Anaheim intersection died Saturday morning, authorities said.
Nieves Floresca, 63, of Anaheim was in a car that was struck at South Brookhurst Street and West Orange Avenue about 6 a.m. Floresca died at UCI Medical Center in Orange at 8:42 a.m.
Police are investigating the crash.
