Swank a champ at Brooklyn gym

They’ve upped the world championship count from 126 to 127 at Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn. With Hilary Swank’s best actress win at the Oscars on Sunday, a signed photo of her has been hung on the office wall inside the gym, just above George Foreman and next to Jack Dempsey.

“I’m happy, because when she came here, she said she wanted to win the Oscar one more time,” said trainer Hector Roca, who Swank thanked in her acceptance speeches at both the Golden Globes and the Academy Awards. “Now she can say she did what she came here to do.”
